**Return Policy for Heatwave Printing and Design**

Thank you for choosing HEATWAVE P&D and our custom DTF services! We take great pride in producing high-quality, personalised products for our customers. Please review our return policy below:

1. **Custom Orders**

Due to the nature of custom DTF (Direct to Film) transfers, **we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations** once your order has been processed. This includes all custom designs, names, logos, and any personalised modifications.

2. **Damaged or Defective Items**

While we do not accept returns on custom items, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your package. We will request photos of the damage or defect to assess the issue, and we will work with you to resolve the problem, whether through a replacement or a refund.

3. **Non-Custom Products**

For non-custom items (if applicable), returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Please contact us for instructions on how to initiate a return.

4. **Order Accuracy**

Please double-check your order details, including design files, text, and size specifications, before finalising your purchase. We are not responsible for errors made by the customer in submitting these details. Once an order is confirmed, no changes can be made.

5. **Refunds**

Refunds will only be issued in cases of defective or damaged items, as noted above. For custom orders, refunds are not available unless the issue falls under our damage or defect policy.
